NOW IS THE TIME
Well it's spring in Tulsa. If you don't have a contract on a house by midnight April 30th you've missed the tax credit. But even if you have, it's a great time to buy. There are some really good deals and some really nice homes. Is it time to make one of them yours? Just call, text or email me and let's start looking!
When it comes to the housing market, it’s a good thing you’re in Tulsa, Jenks, Broken Arrow, Sapulpa, Sand Springs, or Glenpool. In fact, with the housing market, it’s a good thing we’re in Oklahoma. This was an ad campaign put out by Greater Tulsa Association of Realtors. This is still true over a year later. It’s just a good thing to be in Oklahoma. We are still going strong here. While we may occasionally have some wild weather we have a pretty stable economy and housing market. It’s not real exciting; not so many highs or lows, but the Tulsa area housing market just rolls along with small rises and falls.
So the Tulsa area is a great place to be in this time of economic stress and unstable housing markets. Of course it’s always a great place to be. I look forward to bringing you more reasons why.
Well the BOK Center is going strong. With top name concerts, ranging from Tim Mcgraw to Bon Jovi to Michael Buble', to Nickelback to Hank Williams Jr. just to name a few. Also there's arena football, hockey and basketball. So things are rockin' along downtown. There's also Mayfest as well as Dfest. Lots of clubs and restaurants downtown to enjoy. The Blue Dome District is great. El Guapo's is excellent and has rooftop dining and great Maguaritas. Don't forget to check out Arnie's and McNellie's Public House they both regularly have live music. We also have the historic Cain's ballroom and The Brady Theater and much much more. Further south in Tulsa is the Oklahoma Aquarium that's great for the kids. So come join us!
